  • 500 g rice
  • 250 g sugar
  • 100 g cocoa
  • Butter
  • 75 g pinoli
  • 3 egg yolk
  • 850 ml milk
  • 1 lemon
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • Cinnamon
  • Salt

Preparation
  • Boil milk with vanilla pod and a pinch of salt.
  • Remove vanilla and cook rice in milk for 15 minutes.
  • Add egg yolk, sugar, cocoa, grated lemon peel and a pinch of cinnamon.
  • Grease and flour a pie-dish
  • Pour in mixture and cook for approximately 50 minutes.
