INGREDIENTS
  • 150g split moong beans with skin
  • 250g Basmati rice
  • 100g Fat/Oil
  • 50g onion,chopped
  • 10g Garam masala(spices)whole
  • 10g salt(or to taste)

Preparation
  • Fry onion in oil until light brown
  • Add tomatoes and fry
  • Add meat, ginger, garlic, yogurt, and all spices
  • Cook for 15 minutes over medium heat.
  • Add 2 cups of water and cook until meat is tender
  • Boil rice with some salt and 12 glasses of water until half-cooked.
  • Drain properly
  • Spread half the rice in a pan, put prepared meat on top and cover with rest of rice.
  • Cook for 30 minutes
